The water appears to be the main
attraction here. People were kayaking, fishing, and playing on the
flooded roadways.
There is a nice drive through here
that intersects with a river/creek thing multiple times. It kind of
scared me since my car isn't exactly made for off-roading. However
they had flood gates that were still open, so I carried on. At one
point, the river floods the road, and then almost disappears after
crossing it.
