SP Stone
Souix City, 1/11/13, 69/105
This is a big park that would be good
for hiking. Too bad I came at the wrong time of the year. I could
have parked and walked, but this was park #15 for the day and a
couple of hours after I would normally be in bed. I would definitely
return in better conditions.
SP Oak Grove
Hawarden, 1/11/13, 68/105
This is a woodsy park with hiking
trails. Significant snow and park fatigue kept me from going to far
on them. Oak Grove is partially on the South Dakota state line.
