SP Yellow River Forest

Waukon, 9/7/12, 30/105

This is a huge forest. I would bet that you could hike for days and not go from one end to another. I had trouble finding a place to park. I hiked up a steep hill and took a trail for a couple of hours. Once you reach a high point, there is an amazing view of the forest and river. Fall would be a great time to come here. Some odd things happened here; I'm fairly sure I heard gunshots and the park  had a working saw mill.

Info hut that is all roof.
